The Fadely Brothers have been providing quality home improvements to VA, MD, and DC residents since 1989 by implementing the Integrity passed down by their father Francis Fadely, a 65 year native of Alexandria,VA and General Manager of Mt. Vernon Dodge / Ourisman Dodge for over 40 years. For many years Ourisman Dodge was in the Top 3 Dodge Dealers in the country. When asked the "Secret of his Success" he would simply say, "I take care of my customers and I surround myself with people who are better at what they do than I am". Francis's Legacy lives on today through his sons Tyler and Mitch Fadely, who focus on taking care of both the people who work for them and who patronize their business. With a 13 year difference in age between Tyler and Mitch, they offer a balance of "Old School" quality and character and a "New School" of technology and efficiency. A third brother, Greg, met an untimely death in December of 2003, from child onset diabetes, at the age of 43. Greg shared the same compassion for people that was passed down from his father, and is greatly missed. We would be remissed not metioning our mother, Lois Fadely, the strongest and most compassionate woman we've ever known and our sister Susie Massie, who is the General Manager of the of The Gap at Tysons Corner and applies our fathers philosophy of Authenticity and Integrity to her business.
